Over the past days, people have been missing flights at the mighty Entebbe International Airport and this comes as the result of the ongoing level of corruption at the premises
One of the passengers tweeted saying;
"In a system with corruption, there is no quality of service. To demand quality, one might need to pay for it. This is seen in many areas, for instance at the Entebbe AirPort & many other areas like the distribution of relief funds, However, we can stop this to happen"
Another issue complained about is the carelessness of the staff who instead of attending to clients are always busy on their mobile phones as indicated in the video below
